If my order does not come to me as it should, or as I expected it to, what type of timeframe do I have in which to return the merchandise?
A: You will have a period of 10 days in which to return the merchandise. However, take into account that any item that has been worn or damaged in any way, will not be accepted as far as cash, check, or credit card return is concerned.

Will I get my money back if I return half of an order? Or..only part of a product of an entire order that has been damaged or ruined?
A: No. If you wish to get any type of return, whether by way of cash or check or credit back to your credit card, the entire item or order would have to be returned. In other words, for instance: Scenario: If a robe and slippers came as one entire order together and not separately, then you would have to return both items, even if just part of one of the items was damaged. that way, if we were to re send you the same order, (2 items in one order), then you would have returned the entire order (2 items) that would enable you to get an entire returned order.

Can I always be assured of getting cash or a check back or credit back to my credit card back?
A: It is preferable that you, - as the customer, - pick another item from the same category of the item being returned. There are exceptions to the rule. However, due to record keeping, it is advisable that you pick an item from the same category of items that you are returning.

what if I don't get a notice of confirmation back stating that my order has gone through and that I will, --for sure, --be getting the item of which I ordered?
A: Always be aware of what is in your spam area of your e-mail and of your computer.
