The cake you choose will come to you, just as you see it in the picture. You are able to choose your own flavor.

From the list below, you are allowed two choices of the different combinations given:

1) Vanilla cheesecake with lemon and orange zest on a butter cookie crust
2) Bourbon vanilla cheesecake on a macadamia nut crust
3) White chocolate and bittersweet chocolate swirl with raspberry swirl on a chocolate macadamia nut crust.
4) Triple chocolate-bittersweet, milk, and white chocolate cheesecake on a chocolate macadamia nut crust.
5) Mocha, coffee, and vanilla cheesecake on a butter cookie crust (Kahlua may be added.)
6) Vanilla and milk chocolate cheesecake with a caramel toffee crunch swirl on a praline cookie crust.
7) Our traditional killer chocolate decadence cake with chocolate/raspberry ganache
8) Butter cake with layers of zesty lemon butter cream, fresh lemon curd, and white chocolate cream cheese butter cream, finished in a satin butter cream.
9) Layers of chocolate decadence and white chocolate butter cake with layers of caramel toffee butter cream and coffee hazelnut praline.
10) White chocolate butter cake with layers of white chocolate cream cheese butter cream.

Important INSTRUCTIONS as you order your cake:

NOTE: If you observe the flavors given herein, you will note that the first "6" choices are cheesecake combinations. If you note, - from #7 to #10, these are basically what we might call the more "traditional" types of cakes. It is very common now-a-days, to mix the types of combinations shown here, so don't be afraid to choose a new mixture for yourself and your guests. We take great pride in our cakes and we have expert bakers and designers, so you will receive only the very best.

As you look at the boxes provided for you to choose your "two" choices of flavor combinations, the two lists within the two boxes shown will be identical lists. However, when you go to choose, please be sure to be careful and choose one type of flavor combination from one box and another flavor combination from the other box (Use the flavor chart above as you decide on your flavors). If you wish a whole cake to be the same throughout, then choose the same flavor combination in each box so it says the same thing. Naturally, if you want a different combination, then you would choose one flavor from one of the boxes and another flavor from the other box. PLEASE BE SURE TO MAKE YOUR SELECTIONS according to the NUMBER of the flavor combination choices that you prefer. So, instead of actually choosing the flavor combinations by the descriptions that you see and read here, you will choose by the number of flavor combinations that you prefer within each box. For instance, if you like flavor combination #1), then choose the number "1" in the first box and then if you want to combine with the #1 from the first box, and you want #7 in box 2, then choose #7 in box - 2. So, using this as an example, you would have chosen #1 in box "1" and #7 in box "2". Be very careful as you choose,- to select the flavor combinations that best suit your taste, your occasion and the type of occasion, along with the type of people that will be attending your wedding or your special occasion. These cakes are beautiful. You are choosing the best in the nation. Choose wisely and....ENJOY!
