One part of a two part combined order - (Example: Robe and slippers as one combined product) cannot be returned. The entire order needs to be returned. This process of return must take place within 14 days of your purchase. If for some reason  you have a special timeframe or a special need, be sure to let us know that and we will be willing to work with you.Unfortunately, due to the fact that some of our items (clothing, shoes, gloves, undergarments), are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns on any of this type of merchandise.  On these items, sales are FINAL.   This will apply mainly where clothing items/shoes,etc. are concerned.  Returns must have prior approval. credit will be for the purchase price only. Shipping and Handling will not be re-imbursed. Depending on the situation and the product, there could be a re-stocking fee. NOTE: Those items that have been sent personalized, cannot be returned. Those items that have been worn cannot be returned. Back Order Policy
When you order products from this One Stop Shop one and only major wedding internet site around, - www.shopbestweddingsite.com, if for some reason, all items are not in stock, we may have to put that order on "back-order." If there should be a need to put the product you ordered in the "back-order status, you will receive an invoice or notice that your order has been put into the "back-order" status. Generally, that order, should reach you within a 5 to 7 days following the receipt of that "back-order" notice, unless you have been otherwise notified. If for some reason, that particular product is no longer being offered, you will be notified and you will have the opportunity to either re-order within the same category, or you have the opportunity to have the funds returned to whatever form of payment you used.

Regular Ground: (USA) shipping could take anywhere from 12 to 15 days
Shipping to a place like Alaska, Hawaii, or to Peurto Rico: It could take the same amount of time: - from 12 to 15 days.
Shipping Internationally, the shipping could take 15 to 20 days, plus the cost of international shipping will be raised above what shipping and handling would cost in the USA or Canada. (The raise in cost could be anywhere from $30 more, $50 more, or...depending on which continent, etc.)  Also, it would depend on the weight and fragility of the product to be shipped internationally.

Shipping to Canada from the United States of America: The shipping time could be from 15 to 20 days.

In the event that you receive a package that is damaged, or is not what you have ordered, - if you are able, return the package with the delivery person right then and there. Your package may be delivered up to 24 hours before or 24 hours after the scheduled date. We will ship your product with enough time ahead for the flowers to arrive on time, but we will not be liable for FedEx delays. d date.We are not responsible if a cargo gets lost, stolen or damaged once delivered

Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you must notify us verbally and send an email to www.shopbestweddingsite@yahoo.com

on the same day that the product was delivered and provide pictures of: the product showing the damage and the lateral labels of  each box. Upon approval, We may issue a refund for the full amount or the amount equivalent to the damaged products. We may propose a special offer or re-delivery to the client instead of the refund, but it is the client who has the right to choose whether the refund or the offer. All complaints must attach digital proof of the product such as pictures or video indicating all the flowers received. If We is not notified on the same day the product was delivered, a claim will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. A refund will be approved if: the product arrives considerably damaged, or the flowers delivered do not match the one that the client ordered.
