If when shopping at this One Stop Shop- one and only major wedding internet site around, - www.shopbestwedding site, you find that the items or products you have purchased don't meet your satisfaction, then feel free to return the complete order. One part of a two part combined order - (Example: Robe and slippers as one combined product) cannot be returned. The entire order needs to be returned. This process of return must take place within 14 days of your purchase. If for some reason you have a special timeframe or a special need, be sure to let us know that and we will be willing to work with you.Unfortunately, due to the fact that some of our items (clothing, shoes, gloves, undergarments), are intended for one time usage and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns on any of this type of merchandise. On these items, sales are FINAL. This will apply mainly where clothing items/shoes,etc. are concerned. Returns must have prior approval. credit will be for the purchase price only. Shipping and Handling will not be re-imbursed. Depending on the situation and the product, there could be a re-stocking fee. NOTE: Those items that have been sent personalized, cannot be returned. Those items that have been worn cannot be returned. Those items/products in a combined product manner - example: Robe and slippers considered as one product) cannot be returned separately if a part of the item is damaged. The entire order must be returned. Please be sure to notify us immediately upon receipt of your item if you plan on returning it. You must notify us within three days of receipt of your order, once again, for return authorization. Items returned other than those that are considered as FINAL, when returned for exchange with authorization, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges. If an item is received incorrectly, we will either credit your account or send replacement with your next order. Back Order Policy
When you order products from this One Stop Shop one and only major wedding internet site around, - www.shopbestweddingsite.com, if for some reason, all items are not in stock, we may have to put that order on "back-order." If there should be a need to put the product you ordered in the "back-order status, you will receive an invoice or notice that your order has been put into the "back-order" status. Generally, that order, should reach you within a 5 to 7 days following the receipt of that "back-order" notice, unless you have been otherwise notified. If for some reason, that particular product is no longer being offered, you will be notified and you will have the opportunity to either re-order within the same category, or you have the opportunity to have the funds returned to whatever form of payment you used.

Shipping to a place like Alaska, Hawaii, or to Peurto Rico: It could take the same amount of time: - from 12 to 15 days.
Shipping Internationally, the shipping could take 15 to 20 days.
Shipping to Canada from the United States of America: The shipping time could be from 15 to 20 days.
In the event that you receive a package that is damaged, or is not what you have ordered, - if you are able, return the package with the delivery person right then and there. If this is not possible, then be sure that you return the product, requesting an exchange, before your 10 day timeframe has expired. (With this time frame, please allow travel time, etc)
